Looks like fun Traci…if I’d rather collage on a paper substrate (instead of fabric), do you think I should use light molding paste instead?

Yes..you can use light molding paste. It will have a different feel. See my response to Tex below..you can use any type of gel medium, even spackle paste {from the hardware store}have fun experimenting!

Hi Traci, Maybe I missed this info, but could you use a heavy gel or thick layer of gesso rather than the molding paste for the same effect?

Tex..Yes, you could use heavy gel or gesso but they are not as flexible as molding paste but definitely experiment, you might like one better than the other.
