Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will I need to set aside to be involved with this program and live trainings?
There are six LIVE workshops, one delivered each week, 1.5 hr live stream working session with Q & A.  You will want to set aside 1- 3 hours a week to focus on your e-course planning. It is entirely up to you how much time you devote to your business planning, but the more you put into the assignments and doing the work, the more you will accomplish. The goal is for you design a plan and be ready to launch by the end of the workshop.
when are the LIVE events scheduled?
The live stream events and Q & A sessions will be held on Tuesdays. The times alternate each event to accommodate a variety of schedules and allow international students to join in. The events usually have a start time between 11:00am- 4:00pm pacific USA time and run up to 1.5 hours. There may also be additional special trainings that are hosted during the program. A detailed schedule will be posted in the classroom and SLACK community or via email for self-guided study. If you are not able to make the live events, a replay is available within 48 hours.
how often is NEW video + workbook content added?
FOR SELF-GUDIED study, the videos are available 3/7/16.
FOR INTENSIVE program, each week {6 weeks} a live stream workshop will be hosted, a downloadable, colorful PDF workbook module and worksheets will be posted in the SLACK community. NEW BONUS pre-recorded videos will be added throughout the program.
how much access and interaction will I have with Traci?
During the program you will work with Traci during the LIVE stream events Q&A. If you are a member of small group study she will answer questions and check into the SLACK community weekly during the LIVE session. If you choose to share your assignments, Traci will provide feedback and answer questions during the live Q & A sessions.
what is your cancellation and refund policy?
Refunds can be made up to the day before a LIVE session begins with a $25 processing fee. It will be refunded within one week after the request. After the program has begun refunds will NOT be issued. NO refunds will be issued once you have accessed the self-guided classroom. If you pay a monthly payment and cancel it, you will be removed from the classroom and no refunds will be issued.
how long will I have access to the materials?
As a LAUNCH your e-course self-guided or intensive program member you will have access to the materials in the classroom for TWO years from the date you register. ALL PDF workbooks are downloadable. Videos are not downloadable but you can access them 24/7 on most devices {ipad, smartphone, tablets, desktop}. A wifi connection with high speed internet is recommended for best viewing results.
Access to the private SLACK community will be available for the session you paid for. After the class has ended the SLACK community will be open for 2 months, then it will close and you will no longer have access to the community.
when will I receive access to the classroom?
Once you have registered for the self-guided workshop, you will receive an automated email with additional information. The classroom invitation will be sent on March 7, 2016.
If you register for the INTENSIVE or BRANDING kit program. A SLACK community + INTENSIVE classroom invitation will be sent via email on April 15, 2016. Additional announcements will be provided in the SLACK community on how you can access to the classroom. If you register after April 19, 2016 you will receive an invite to the private SLACK community + classroom within 48 hours from the next business day.
